Cooking class: During the Master Chefs Cooking Series, Cynthia Graubart, chef and cookbook co-author of the James Beard Award-winning best-seller, “Mastering the Art of Southern Cooking,” as well as author of “Chicken: A Savor of the South” and co-author of “Mastering the Art of Southern Vegetables,” will prepare Southern dishes, offer cooking tips and more. Stage play: “Forget Me Not” will take the audience into the life of a family facing Alzheimer’s disease and show its impact on the immediate family, marriage, friends and those in the community. A panel of Emory experts will be on hand to provide informatio­n about the disease as well.
