“The Flying Tigers”: Living Aviation History Day series. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. $10, free for activeduty military members. The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Dixie Wing Warbird Museum headquarters, 1200 Echo Court, Peachtree City.

Authors Susan Clotfelter Jimison and Billy McDonald will narrate the Flying Tigers story based on their research and books about this pioneering group of combat aviators who went to China to fight the Japanese before the U.S. entered World War II.

A special attraction, the CAF P-40 Warhawk, will be on display. The museum and hangar are open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays or by special appointment.
