Stone Mountain

You’ll have to pay to indulge in Stone Mountain rides and activities, but the popular Atlanta attraction is hosting a free Memorial Day program four nights in a row. Continuing today and ending on Memorial Day, attendees can enjoy live music, as well as a laser and fireworks show at 9:30 p.m.

Concert in Morrow

Dacula Memorial Day Parade

Gwinnett residents looking to acknowledg­e Memorial Day can head to Dacula for its annual parade. The Dacula Memorial Day Parade will kick off at 10 a.m. Monday at Hebron Baptist Church, 202 Hebron Church Road, and continue down Dacula Road. Daculamemo­rialday.com.

Marietta National Cemetery

More than 10,000 veterans are buried at the Marietta National Cemetery, and Monday’s annual ceremony will feature patriotic music, speakers and more. The event begins at noon and admission is free. Marietta National Cemetery, 500 Washington Ave. N.E., Marietta. nmdaga.org.

Gwinnett Memorial Day Ceremony

The Gwinnett County Commission will be joined by the honor guard units from the Fire and Emergency Services, Police Department, Sheriff ’s Office and the Lawrencevi­lle Police Department to honor the fallen soldiers of Gwinnett.

Smyrna Memorial Day Celebratio­n

The Smyrna Veterans Committee will host this event at 20th Century Veterans Memorial. View vintage and modern military equipment, before enjoying a show from the Georgia Army National Guard Band, Campbell High School’s JROTC and U.S. Air Force Honor Guard.
