Casting call seeks talent for web-based series

Peachtree Corners is working with Tytan Pictures to produce two light news and entertainm­ent web-based series about the city. The producers are looking for women and men age 18 years or older with excellent communicat­ion skills who are comfortabl­e and engaging when talking to people on camera. According to the city’s casting call, “candidates must be profession­al and attractive in appearance. Traditiona­l, elegant, distinguis­hed, edgy or eclectic personas will all be considered.”

Interested talent may audition 4 to 8 p.m. Oct. 11 at Prototype Prime, 147 Technology Pkwy., Suite 100 in Peachtree Corners.

The city is casting for two different projects based in and around Peachtree Corners. “The Corners” is an entertainm­ent weekly show that features fashion, food, lifestyle, life hacks, DIY, glamour, sports, fitness, entertainm­ent, and interestin­g people and businesses. “Peachtree Positive” is a news magazine style show and features uplifting stories, news, people, events, and businesses making a positive difference.

Multiple show hosts as well as multiple correspond­ents are needed for the show. Talent will receive from $100 to $300 a day based on size of the role. Nonunion, all experience levels welcome. Expect two to three full days of filming per month for up to nine months. Special consid- eration given to Peachtree Corners residents or those that work in Peachtree Corners, although not a requiremen­t.
