PS404’S BBQ RANCH DRESSING
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan 1 tablespoon Louisiana-style
hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon minced chives 1 teaspoon chopped Italian
parsley
1/4 to 1/2 cup your favorite
barbecue sauce
In the bowl of a food processor or jar of a blender, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, Parmesan, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt. Blend until smooth. Move mixture to a bowl and stir in 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, chives and parsley. Taste and add more barbecue sauce if desired. May be made ahead and refrigerated up to 1 week. When ready to serve, drizzle over salad. Then drizzle with more barbecue sauce. Makes: 2 1/2 cups
