It’s been five years since the drummer Beatle last played Atlanta, and he’ll be joined by his gang since 2012 — Todd Rundgren, Gregg Rolie, Steve Lukather, Richard Page, Warren Ham and Gregg Bissonette. Starr recently released his 19th studio album, “Give More Love,” which features a guy with a promising career — Paul McCartney.
