PEACH BUZZ SO MANY STAR SIGHTINGS IN ATLANTA

- Your daily roundup of celeb news and chatter By Jennifer Brett jbrett@ajc.com

Atlanta’s busy filming scene is winding down for the year, but we have a few more star sightings to report before it’s time for our long winter’s nap.

Marvel star Tom Holland, whose web-slinging character debuted in “Captain America: Civil War” and then carried his own feature film in “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” has been back for “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Whatever They Call The Next One.” They all filmed in Atlanta.

He took some time out to visit patients, doctors and staff members at Grady Memorial Hospital over the weekend. Dr. Walter Ingram and Dr. Rachel Williams led him on a tour of the Grady Burn Center, and Holland brought toys to children spending the holidays in the hospital.

“This is why I love my job,” he wrote with a photo he posted on Instagram. “Happy Christmas to all the little heroes around the world. Thank you Grady hospital for having us and I’m sure we’ll see you soon.”

Before he left for a flight back to London, Holland dropped off platters of Chick-fil-A at the nurses’ station.

Last year, Holland and a team from Marvel paid a visit to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Egleston location.

“Meeting you all today was such a wonderful experience and you’re all such little inspirations,” he posted at the time. “We’re proud of you and we love and we hope to be back soon and thank you for having us Egleston Children’s hospital.”

Ryan Gosling is in town for the lead role in “First Man,” a biopic about astronaut Neil Armstrong. He and Eva Mendes dined at Antico Pizza on Saturday night.

Daniel Radcliffe, who’s been here for a new TBS series called “Miracle Workers,” dined at Umi last month.

Tyrese Gibson, whose work in Atlanta has included some of the “Fast and the Furious” franchise films, appeared at the Mayor’s Masked Ball on Saturday night, having attended Mayor-elect Keisha Lance Bottoms’ election night party.

Questlove Gomez, frontman for The Roots, the house band on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” spent some time in Atlanta over the weekend, but it doesn’t seem like he had much fun. Instead, he was among the thousands of stranded travelers when a power outage at the airport ground things to a halt for hours. In a dolorous Twitter post, he vowed not to book travel that routes him through Atlanta in the future (good luck with that).

Rapper Missy Elliott, who appeared with Janet Jackson at Philips Arena on Sunday night, experienced the airport tie-up secondhand.

“What’s going on? My mom been on the runway for almost two hours in Atlanta,” she posted hours before things got moving again.

Finally, “Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown dined with a group of friends at STK in Midtown earlier this month. Who’s ready for season 3?
