■ (At) Cavaliers 127, Trail Blazers 110: Isaiah Thomas showed flashes of what made him an All-Star in his longawaite­d Cleveland debut as he scored 17 points in 19 minutes, helping the Cavs snap a three-game losing streak. LeBron James scored 24 points, Kevin Love had 19 and Jae Crowder added 15 for the Cavs, who were coming off losses at Golden State, Sacramento and Utah.

■ Spurs 100, (at) Knicks 91: LaMarcus Aldridge scored 29 points and Kawhi Leonard had a season-high 25 as Spurs coach Gregg Popovich took sole possession of fifth place on the NBA’s coaching wins list with 1,176, all with the Spurs.

NBA notes

■ Lakers: Guard Lonzo Ball and center Brook Lopez have been cleared to return to practice after recent injury absences. Ball and Lopez are both questionab­le for the game against Oklahoma City tonight. Ball has been out with a sprained left shoulder since Dec. 23, missing five consecutiv­e games. The rookie No. 2 overall draft pick is averaging 10.0 points, 7.1 assists and 6.9 rebounds per game. Lopez has missed eight games since spraining his right ankle Dec. 18.

■ Nets: There’s no secret to what the team must do to win — play sound defense. The Nets are 9-0 this season when holding their opponent below 100 points.

■ Bucks: Forward Jabari Parker, assigned to the G League Wisconsin Herd on Monday, practiced with the team for two days as he continues to rehab a torn ACL.
