Vision board party: Ebenezer Baptist Church’s Young Adult and College Ministry will host a vision board social. Cue a concert: The Summit Trio will perform during St. Catherine’s Episcopal Church sixth annual concert series. The group is comprised of three faculty members at Kennesaw State University: Helen Kim, violinist; Robert Henry, pianist; and Charae Krueger, cellist. Free and open to all. 4 p.m. Jan. 14. Former NFL player speaks: Robert Edwards, former University of Georgia running back and NFL ProBowler, will share his story about football, faith,= and perseveran­ce. After being drafted in the first round as a New England Patriot, Edwards nearly lost a leg, but fought to play again. He returned and played with the Miami Dolphins in 2004 then finished his career as an All-Star in the Canadian Football League. Edwards will sign autographs afterward.
