Colts introduce Reich as coach

Frank Reich, who started his coaching career as an intern with the Colts in 2006, was introduced as Indianapolis’ new coach. Reich, a former NFL quarterback, was the Eagles’ offensive coordinator last season.

Chiefs: Linebacker Derrick Johnson, 35, will become a free agent when his contract expires March 14. Johnson, a four-time Pro Bowler, signed a three-year, $21 million extension in 2016, but he had restructured the deal a year ago to help the Chiefs free up salary-cap space. In doing so, he voided the final year.

Noteworthy: The Ravens and Bears will play in the annual Hall of Fame game Aug. 2 in Canton, Ohio.
