‘Slumdog’ actress art on display

In “Slumdog Millionaire” she played a beautiful girl kidnapped and forced into the crime-ridden slums and brothels of India. Now Tanvi Lonkar is about to graduate from Georgia College with a degree in psychology. College also helped Lonkar rediscovered her love for art. Her “Women of the World” exhibit will be on display through March at Georgia College in Milledgeville.
