LIBERTY PLAZA POLICY

The Georgia Building Authority requires a state constitutional officer to sponsor a permit application to use Liberty Plaza for events held outside normal business hours.

Those officers are:

■ governor

■ lieutenant governor

■ attorney general

■ school superintendent

■ secretary of agriculture

■ secretary of labor

■ secretary of state
