Spring struggles to vanquish winter
Jerri Stitts bundled up as she made her way out for the Bulkhead MARTA Transit Station on the first full day of spring, which felt nothing like it. A big storm winding up along the East Coast sent wintry conditions into North Georgia, with snow flurries in the mountains. After hitting 70 Tuesday, Atlanta struggled to make it to 50 Wednesday.
