Use the $1-off-two coupon from the Feb. 25 SmartSource to pay 99 cents each. Kleenex Cottonelle bathroom tissue (six mega roll package) is $4.99. Use the 75-cent coupon from the March 11 SmartSource to pay $4.24 each.
