Jurors heard a recording of a voicemail Tex McIver left for the husband of star witness Dani Jo Carter, in which McIver worries that her actions were putting him in serious legal jeopardy. Wrapping up her testimony, Dani Jo Carter said she was no longer fond of McIver.
