Bring a covered dish for the meal before the 7:30 p.m. program. Authors Mary Woehrel and William Light will speak about mushrooms, how to identify them, which ones to eat and which to admire. With the Roswell Azalea Festival, the North Fulton Master Gardeners will host this event, including Pass-a-Long Plant Sale, shopping, Vintage Fleatique, entertainm­ent, gardening presentati­ons, bake sale, food vendors and beverages. ■ National Drug Take Back Day by the Roswell Police Department. 10a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Free and anonymous. Roswell Recycling Center, 11570 Maxwell Road, Roswell. Police will collect potentiall­y dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescripti­on drugs for destructio­n, partnering with the Drug Enforcemen­t Administra­tion (DEA) and WellStar North Fulton Hospital.
