DeKalb pools open this weekend

DeKalb County’s pools open for Memorial Day weekend and the summer starting Saturday.

The official season runs Saturday through July 27. Select pools stay open on weekends through Labor Day, Sept. 3.

The Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs offers programs including swim lessons, water aerobics and more. For information, visit dekalbcountyga.gov/ parks or contact 770-414-2113. Pool locations and hours: Browns Mill Aquatic Facility, 4929 Browns Mill Road, Lithonia. Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, 1 to 7 p.m. Open through Sept. 3.

Exchange Splash Pad, 2771 Columbia Drive, Decatur. Monday, Wednesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday and Tuesday, noon to 7 p.m. Open through Sept. 3.

Gresham Park, 3113 Gresham Road, Atlanta. Sunday, 1 to 6 p. m.; Monday closed; Tuesday-Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Open through Sept. 3.

Kittredge Park, 2535 N. Druid Hills Road, Atlanta. Sunday, 1 to 6 p.m.; Tuesday closed; Monday, Wednesday-Saturday, noon to 6 p.m.

Lithonia Park, 2501 Park Drive, Lithonia. Sunday, 1 to 6 p.m.; Monday closed; Tuesday-Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Open through Sept. 3.
