Chamblee Fourth of July Celebratio­n. 5 p.m. Wednesday. Keswick Park, 3496 Keswick Drive, Chamblee. Activities will include a bike parade from Chamblee Middle School, bounce houses and food vendors. Live music will start with KingStreet and KRP Band at 5:30 p.m. and end with Bogey and the Viceroy, playing until the fireworks display begins around 9:30 p.m. for 20 to 25 minutes. Chamblee Citizens Police Academy. Beginning July 18, the academy will run weekly for 10 weeks and meet 6-8 p.m. every Wednesday at the Chamblee Police Department, 3518 Broad St. This class is a prerequisi­te to the Police Auxiliary class which will be held this fall.
