■ CORRECTION: An article in Wednesday’s Metro section incorrectly identified a DeKalb resident who spoke against the county’s proposed millage rates. His name is Chris Harris.
■ CLARIFICATION:An article in Wednesday’s Metro section stated that Atlanta Public Schools will collect an estimated $110.8 million in additional property tax revenue if it passes its tax rate as expected. It also said Fulton County will bring in an estimated $82.5 million if it leaves its tax rate unchanged. Some of that money will go to tax allocation districts, not the school system or county, and if there are a high number of appeals, the total amount collected may be lower.
