Linda Bridge is worried about a bridge in the middle of the city. She said there appears to be a compromise in the bridge over Nancy Creek at West Paces Ferry Road, Paces Ferry and Paces Place and is concerned that a disaster could happen if something were to happen to the bridge.

We alerted the city about the problem.

A reader hopes a heavily traveled road in one of the region’s most traveled coun- ties will soon be fixed.

“Can you please help put some pressure on the county to fix the section of North Decatur Road between Clair- mont and Scott Blvd? There are numerous sinkholes and actual asphalt is missing up and down the east and west bound lanes. I drive it everyday and witness at least one near accident because of drivers trying to miss these holes or damaged areas,” the reader wrote.

We sent the issue to the county and will keep you updated on when the issue is fixed.

Theresa Johnson hopes a storm drain can soon be repaired and a potential traffic hazard would be eliminated.

“One of the metal storm drain covers, at the corner of Barnett Street and Drewry Street, in Virginia Highland, is smashed in. It is on the Drewry side,” Johnson wrote. We sent the issue to the city and will keep you updated.
