Conyers health fair: A community health fair inclusive of free medical screenings such as blood pressure, depression, bone density, dental and vision; flu shots for the first 150 visitors; and more will be available. Fall festival: Experience the Orthodox faith during a fall festival featuring vendors and artisans, musical entertainment, children’s events, crafts and homemade food. Atlanta health fair: Services and providers will offer free reading glasses, blood pressure checks, flu shots, information about mental health and domestic violence, giveaways and more during a health fair. Cue a concert: “Then and There, Here and Now,” a program celebrating the Chanticleer ensemble’s 40th anniversary, will feature music by composers including Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, Mason Bates, Steven Stucky and others.
