Evening concert: The Romanos Ellington Hoffman Trio will present an evening of original music rooted in New Orleans rhythm and blues, jazz plus a touch of gospel and Latin-inspired tunes. Community concert: A commemoration concert for departed persons will feature Gabriel Fauré’s “Requiem” and Francis Poulenc’s “Organ Concerto” presented by the Holy Trinity Parish choir, orchestra and others. Spirituality conference: Participants will spend the day in intentional acts that promote healing and justice corollaries of love which can include storytelling, creating healing oils and participating in a justice tea ceremony. The day-long conference, which will be led by the Rev. Becca Stevens, will also include lectures, discussions and a book signing.
