A 27-year-old man has been indicted for allegedly choking to death a young Marietta mother of four during a domestic dispute.

Christopher Scarboro, who lived with Xi-anna Graham and her children, was indicted Nov. 1 on a murder charge and other counts, Cobb County court records show.

Police previously said that the 24-year-old mother was found dead at a home in the 600 block of Bonnie Dell Drive early Aug. 23.

Investigators wrote in a warrant that Scarboro grabbed Graham “around the neck with his bare hands, choking her, then threw her lifeless body to the ground.”

He left but later called 911, police wrote.

Scarboro was arrested the same day Graham’s body was found. He has been in jail without bond since then, records indicate. His next court date was not listed online Monday.
