COFFEE MUG QUINOA
1/3 cup quinoa flakes 1 cup unsweetened
vanilla coconut milk 1/2 medium banana,
sliced
2 tablespoons
pomegranate seeds
Add quinoa flakes and coconut milk to a 12-ounce microwavable mug. Stir well. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir again. Top with banana slices and pomegranate seeds. Serves 1.
