Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday,

November 18th, 2018 from

4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Jean enjoyed cross stitching, reading, and was known to be a great cook. She loved spending time in Myrtle Beach at her beach home. She adored her two cats, Nicholas and Abby. Jean was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Bill Davis, also her daughter, Melinda Jean Davis. Jean is survived by her sons, Jefferson Lewis Davis, Jonathan Cowles Davis and spouse Jeffrey A. Snelling; daughter, Margaret Davis McManus and spouse Mark Louis Woerner; grandchildren, Caroline Marie Davis, Lindsey M. Humphreys, Anna Elizabeth McManus, and Katie Diane McManus.
