American Britcher earns medal in luge

Summer Britcher and USA Luge got a bronze medal in a World Cup team relay in Koenigssee, Germany, for her second medal from a week- end when snow wreaked havoc on many sliders. Germany won the team relay gold, followed by Austria with the silver.

■ Kaapo Kakko beat goalie Cayden Primeau on a back- hander off a rebound with 1:26 left to give Finland its fifth world junior hockey title, 3-2 over the United States on Saturday night in Vancouver, British Columbia.
