The UGA Cooperativ­e Extension in Fulton County and the North Fulton Master Gardeners are conducting a series of free gardening classes that are hosted by the city of Roswell. Each class emphasizes practical gardening techniques at the time of year that is best suited for that activity. This class will cover the when, where and how to prune different plants and provide a review of mulching, weed control, watering, fertilizin­g and pest control for spring and summer.
