■DeKalb Cooperative Extension: S.T.E.A.M. Camp. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 1-5. $250, including lunch, snacks and a camp t-shirt. DeKalb Cooperative Extension Office, 4380 Memorial Drive, Suite 200, Decatur. With the partnership among DeKalb Extension, Club Invention and Bricks4Kidz, students may participate in S.T.E.A.M. activities such as building Lego robots with EV3 Mindstorms Technology, programming robots with a coding system, creating prototypes to solve missions, and becoming an ocean researcher to examine the impact of excess trash in waterways. A nonrefundable deposit of $50 and a registration form are due at registration. The total cost will be due no later than the closing date of March 22. DeKalb Cooperative Extension also provides youth summer camps such as paddle boarding on Tybee Island, touring a Georgia Sea Turtle Center on Jekyll Island and learning about archery and herpetology.
