1 More parents plead guilty: Four more parents are pleading guilty in the college admissions bribery scandal, and a Texas man accused of helping to orchestrat­e the scheme has also agreed to a plea deal. Parent Douglas Hodge entered his guilty plea in Boston’s federal court Monday after previously pleading not guilty in April. Also scheduled to reverse their pleas on Monday were parents Michelle Janavs, Manuel Henriquez and Elizabeth Henriquez.

A Florida veterinari­an and his wife were identified Monday as victims of a deadly plane crash near a North Carolina airport, devastatin­g friends who remembered their generosity and devotion to animals. Dr. Harvey Partridge and Patricia Partridge, both 72, of Terra Ceia, Florida, died when their small plane crashed Sunday night on approach to Raleigh-Durham Internatio­nal Airport.

Man found7 days after crash 5 dies:

A Kansas City-area man who was found in a wrecked car one week after he had been reported missing died Saturday afternoon, according to police. Ryan Linneman, 37, of Lee’s Summit, Mo., had been in the hospital since he was found Wednesday in his vehicle at the bottom of a wooded gully along Interstate 470.
