The American Civil Liberties Union sued federal immigration and transportation agencies Thursday, demanding records related to the government’s use of facialrecognition technology that the group said could pose “grave risks to privacy.”

3 Rapper pleads guilty to weapons charge:
Rapper Kodak Black pleaded guilty Thursday to a weapons charge stemming from a stop at the Canadian border crossing near Niagara Falls last April. The music artist, whose legal name is Bill Kapri, was arrested after he drove a Cadillac Escalade across the Lewiston-Queenston International Bridge into the United States with three other men.
4 Campaign manager:
Former Vice President Joe Biden has named Jen O’Malley Dillon as his new campaign manager, a major shake-up that comes as the party’s leading candidate plans an organizational expansion to prepare for the general election, according to a person familiar with the decision.
5 Lockdown:
Michael Avenatti was stuck in a “rat-infested” jail cell for a 10-day stretch during a recent lockdown at a federal detention center and was able to shower only twice in about two weeks, his attorney said in a letter to a judge Wednesday. The lockdown in recent weeks was due to a report of a firearm in the federal lockup that was being investigated.
