Q: I hope you can help me with something. I have an old West Bend percolator that I got as a wedding present many years ago. I used it for a long time, but I’ve had it packed away because we started using a drip coffee maker and then we moved on to single-cup coffee. I haven’t had a really hot cup of coffee since. I went to get my percolator, but the plug on the cord had one bent prong. I tried to straighten it, but I ended up breaking it. It was a plug with two prongs, not three.
