Milton City Pool reopened Saturday with state guidelines for social distancing in place. The Wills Park Pool is set to open in June.

The Milton community pool is located at the former Milton Country Club at 1785 Dinsmore Road. The pool is open daily 11 a.m.-8 p.m.

For safety measures, the city has reserved the hours of 11 a.m.-noon on Mondays-Wednesdays exclusively for people age 55 and over who prefer to swim with that age group.

The city will limit visitors allowed inside the fenced area at Milton’s community pool to 40 people, according to a city statement. The walk-in pool for babies and toddlers is limited to five people at a time.

Only two people at a time will be allowed in the bathrooms. The pool deck will be wiped down and disinfected each night, but ladders and railings at the pool will be cleaned every two hours, the city said.

Other restrictions the city has laid out for pool use this summer:

■ Swim toys, inflatable devices, noodles, kickboards and rafts are not permitted, but gear to help swimmers float, such as vests or arm floats, are permitted.

■ Anyone experiencing cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or muscle pain will not be able to enter.

■ The water fountain pool is closed.

■ Parties of 10 or more people are not allowed.

Admission is free to pool members, $5 for visitors. More information can be found at cityofmiltonga.us.

Wills Park Pool is sched- uled to open noon-4 p.m. daily, starting June 15.

A limited number of people will be allowed into the pool area at one time. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own deck chairs as seating will not be set out around the pool.

Social distancing requirements will be enforced, a statement said, but additional details were still being worked out on Monday.

The pool is located at 1815 Old Milton Parkway. General admission is $5 for residents, $8 for nonresidents; payment will be accepted only by credit card. More information is available at alpharetta.ga.us.
