Chapter 7

Pablo’s Revenge “Young man, you are some entrepreneur. This is the best lemonade I’ve ever had. What did you put in it?” asked a customer.

“Ma’am, it’s very simple, I use freshly squeezed lemons, sugar, and my special ingredient, but it’s a family secret, so I can’t tell you,” said Danny. “I’m glad you like it. Please come again, and tell your friends.”

“Hey Danny, what did that lady call you?” asked Noogie.

“She called me an entrepreneur. That’s a person who runs their own business.”

“Oh, I thought she said it tastes like manure.”

“Noogie, you’re a nut,” laughed Benjamin.

“Oh brother, there goes Pablo and Washington cutting the line again.” said Noogie.

“You know what? I think we’ll take that lemonade after all; it is kinda hot out here.” said Pablo.

“Here you go Pablo, no hard feelings about your sneakers, right? Here’s one for you and one for Washington and Fingers… hey, where is Fingers?”

“I don’t know. He must be around here somewhere.”

“Well, when you see him, tell him he’s got a cup on the house.”

“Yeah, OK, see you later,” said Pablo.

“Maybe Pablo’s not a bad guy after all,” Danny wondered aloud.

Little did Danny know, Pablo was distracting them so Fingers could pour a bottle of vinegar into their last container of lemonade.
