Pizza Hut nets perfect scores in Roswell
Any restaurateur would love perfect health inspection scores every time. But not everyone can rate that kind of consistency. During the COVID-19 pandemic, several food establishments have closed, and others have changed their operations. Subsequently, there aren’t as many operating now. In the spirit of bringing good news, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution will focus on those rare food purveyors who’ve consistently achieved excellence. Until further notice, the food inspection scores will remain as is, but the report will focus on places whose last inspections have been perfect.

DINNER IS SERVED AT SOME RESTAURANTS PREVIOUSLY SHUTTERED FOR PANDEMIC
Diners craving something besides home cooking and fast food are in for a treat. Many restaurants in metro Atlanta reopened for sit-down dining in April. Social distancing guidelines must be followed, however. All workers are required to wear masks, dining room layouts have been changed to promote the 6-feet rule and, in keeping with reopening rules issued by the state, only parties of six or fewer can be served. State guidelines also limit restaurants to no more than 10 people per 300 square feet of dining space. But some eateries opted not to open yet. Patrons should contact restaurants before whetting their appetites for the house special.
