I-575 lane closure at Riverstone Parkway

- CANTON DAVID IBATA FOR THE AJC

A lane and shoulder closure for roadwork is planned this week where I-575 passes under Riverstone Parkway in Canton, the Georgia Department of Transportation announced.

Weather permitting, crews will be repairing the southbound entrance ramp bridge from Riverstone to I-575. “The ramp will remain open, but the shoulder and southbound right lane of I-575 will be closed while crews work under the ramp bridge,” GDOT said.

The closure is planned from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution and reduce speed in the work zone. Information: bit. ly/3isy31i facilities.
