Murphey Candler Park, 1551 W. Nancy Creek Drive, Brookhaven. Due to COVID-19, participan­ts are encouraged to register beforehand. Up to 15 dogs per hour will be allowed in the pool, and only two people per dog are allowed. Dog owners only will be allowed to wade into the pools up to their knees, and lifeguards will be present. The time allotted for each dog is one hour, with time slots every hour from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participan­ts are allowed to sign up for multiple hours, but they will need to pay $10 for each time slot per dog. Pet owners also will need to sign a COVID19 pool waiver upon arrival if they have not visited Murphey Candler Pool this summer. ■ Dunwoody September Community Bike Ride. 3:45-5 p.m. Sept. 20. Village Burger — Dunwoody, 1426 Dunwoody Village Parkway, Dunwoody. This monthly event continues on the third Sundays through November by Bike Walk Dunwoody. A short pre-ride safety review at 3:45 p.m. will be followed by the ride at 4 p.m. Helmets are required, and a bicycle with gears is recommende­d to handle the hills. The route is a 4.5-mile loop around Dunwoody with mostly right turns. The group will not ride during inclement weather or with hazardous road conditions. All are welcome.
