1 SOCCER: Haitian soccer federation president Yves Jean- Bart was banned from the sport for life on Friday following accusation­s of systematic sexual abuse of female players. The FIFA ethics committee found JeanBart guilty of “having abused his position and sexually harassed and abused various female players, including minors” from 2014 until this year. He also was fined $ 1.1 million.

2 PRO FOOTBALL: The San Francisco 49ers have placed two more players on the COVID- 19 list. Offensive lineman Hroniss Grasu and linebacker Joe Walker were added to the list Thursday. The team has placed four players on the list this week. Defensive lineman Arik Armstead went on Monday following a positive test for the novel coronaviru­s. Defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw was added Wednesday and Grasu and Walker went on a day later.

3 COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Depaul men’s basketball is pausing all team activities following positive COVID- 19 test results, and the first three games of the season have been canceled. The test results were in the team’s Tier 1 group, which includes athletes, athletic trainers, physical therapists, medical staff, equipment staff and officials.

4 COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Albany men’s basketball has canceled its season opener at home against Marist, and the Great Danes won’t participat­e in the Basketball Hall of Fame TipOff Tournament at Mohegan Sun in December.

5 SOCCER: American youngster Gio Reyna has extended his contract with German team Borussia Dortmund. The 18- year- old Reyna, the youngest American to play in the Bundesliga, signed a new deal through June 2025, the club said Friday.
