First lady Jill Biden had a “common medical procedure” on Wednesday, came through it “well” and was expected to resume her normal schedule, the White House said. President Joe Biden accompanie­d his wife to an outpatient center near George Washington University. Myanmar doctors charged: Myanmar’s ruling junta has charged at least 19 physicians for participat­ing in protests against the military’s Feb. 1 coup, a state-run newspaper reported. The military government has already issued arrest warrants for 100 people active in the arts and journalism.
