Inflation has started to impact all areas of our lives, including our cellphone service. Earlier this year, AT&T announced price hikes, followed closely by Verizon introducing new fees this month.

But Mint Mobile has introduced a new limited-time deal that it says is designed to help counter rising prices for cellphone service. Now through Tuesday, all new three-month plans have dropped to $15 per month.

Here are the available plans: 4GB of high-speed data plus unlimited talk and text; 10GB of highspeed data plus unlimited talk and text; 15GB of high-speed data plus unlimited talk and text; 35GB of high-speed data plus unlimited talk and text.

All of Mint Mobile’s plans include unlimited data at 2G speeds. So when you do hit your monthly data limit, you won’t have to wait until the next month for more, you’ll simply experience slower speeds.

Mint Mobile is a prepaid phone service provider that requires you to pay three months upfront for each of the above plans. That brings the total due at the time of activation to (plus taxes and fees) for any Mint Mobile plan through Tuesday.

After three months, the plans will renew at the full rate: 4GB: $25 month ($75 total for three months); 10GB: $35 per month ($105 total for three months); 15GB: $45 per month ($135 total for three months); 35GB: $40 per month ($120 total for three months).

Mint Mobile’s plan prices make them one of several really aggressive inexpensive discounters in the cellphone space, according to money expert Clark Howard. These are the reasons that Mint Mobile has won several awards on Clark.com.
