A group in Serbia launched a petition against a real estate development project that would be financed by the firm of Jared Kushner, Donald Trump’s son-in-law, at the site of the former Serbian army headquarters destroyed in a NATO bombing campaign in 1999. Attacks on Russian refineries have taken about 600,000 barrels a day of capacity, further enforcing concerns.
