Glenn A. Sims of Boyertown

Glenn A. Sims, 83, of Boyertown, husband of Eleanor Joan (Borneman) Sims, passed away Thursday May 26, 2016 at Chestnut Knoll in Boyertown.

Born in Brackenridge, he was the son of the late Thomas A. and Sesta (Harvey) Sims.

Glenn served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.

Surviving along with his wife of 58 years are two daughters Michele Sims and Natalie Sims of Lansdale; and one sister Patricia Leslie of Valencia.

Along with his parents, Glenn was predeceased by four brothers and two sisters.

A visitation will be held Wednesday June 1, 2016 from 9:00-10:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, immediately followed by a graveside service at Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick.
