Brookeside students visit Longwood Gardens
How do the Elementary students complete their studies in Botany? With a field trip to Longwood Gardens!
For weeks, the students at Brookeside studied parts of a plant, the needs of plants and the cycles that impact plant health. On the field trip, students were able to demonstrate their knowledge and simply enjoy the beauty of the gardens. The students were most excited by the fountains in the Indoor Children’s Garden.
Giving the students educational opportunities in the community is an important part of the curriculum at Brookeside Montessori. Enrollment is ongoing as space is available. Call to schedule a visit and enroll. For more information about Brookeside Montessori, please visit the website at www. brookeside.org or call 610473-0408.
