Rev. Eugene C. Zaiser, Pastor We are now on our summer worship schedule, with worship at 9 a.m. and no Sunday School or Contemporary Worship. Our regular worship schedule will resume on Sunday, Sept. 4. Kaitlyn Berger will be here Sunday, July 17 to explain the PJ Project to us. She is looking for summer PJ’s but winter is okay too. It is hard to predict the ongoing need so she is asking for any size either sex for children, some adult are also okay for older, larger children. The PJ’s can be new or gently used. Bring your donations to the church that day. This will be a continuing project at church. Please see Kathy Kuser if you have questions. Vacation Bible School is July 25 to 29, 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. “Barnyard Roundup.” Plans are underway for our 2016 Vacation Bible School, for children ages three years old through sixth grade. We’ll have stories, music, crafts and much more. Registration forms are available on the VBS Board in the parish hall, or see Sharon Renninger, or the church office to register. Please register now! You can show your support by providing a monetary donation. Just pick up a VBS donation envelope on the VBS bulletin board and place your donation in the offering plate. Trinity Baseball Outing 2016, this year’s Reading Phillies game will be held on Saturday, Aug. 27. We need payment by Aug. 1. Gates open at 5:35 p.m. Game at 6:35 p.m. Outfield Seating Area. The 2 1⁄2 hour all you can eat buffet. There is a sign up sheet posted on the bulletin board in the Narthex. You may sponsor Altar Flowers, the price for one vase is $25 and $50 for two vases, please see Mary Snyder. You may also sponsor the bulletins for $15 per week. When sponsoring flowers, please use a flower envelope found in the rack in the narthex or clearly mark the envelope “flowers.” If you sponsored flowers in the past but no longer wish to, please let Mary Snyder or the church office know. Please participate in Trinity’s Gift Card Program: Gift card orders will be taken the 1st Sunday of the month. Payment is due with the order. Your gift cards will be available the second Sunday of the month. With every purchase, Trinity earns a percentage of every dollar you spend. Our Gift Card program includes: Weis Markets, Redner’s Warehouse and Giant Foods. Scrip Cards can also be purchased for your favorite restaurants and stores. We have volunteers in the congregation who are willing to provide transportation to medical appointments, etc., for those who can’t find a ride.
