Chestnut Knoll employees recognized for years of dedication

When employees are recognized for their achievemen­ts, hard work, and dedication, it has an impact on employee satisfacti­on and commitment. Chestnut Knoll recognizes the work that each of their employees put into their job, and regularly rewards those who have longevity in the company, or go above and beyond their roles.

This month, 25 Chestnut Knoll Personal Care, Memory Care, and At Home employees were honored in “The President’s Club” for their years of dedication to Chestnut Knoll.

“The President’s Club was created to honor our employees who have been with us for 11 years or more,” said Shawn Barndt, executive director. “It is important to let employees know they are appreciate­d in their job, and we are grateful to have so many staff members who love what they do each day.”

The following employees were honored for having 1116 years of service to Chestnut Knoll Personal Care and Memory Care:

“Our residents and family members appreciate the kindness and dedication that each staff member shows,” said Barndt. “Residents love seeing familiar faces, and having employees with this type of longevity makes the community feel like home. We are so proud of the commitment that our employees give to Chestnut Knoll residents, as well as the Home Care clients.”
