Sunday Dec. 18: Fourth Sunday in Advent. The Adult Bible Study class will meet in the Green Room, beginning at 8:30, a.m. The worship service will begin at 9:30, a.m., and communion will be celebrated. Senior Choir, Cherub Choir, and Handbell Choir will present “Conversations with God.” The program concerns God calling (on a cell phone) the characters involved in the first Christmas and their reactions to his request. It’s a light-hearted look at how that first Christmas might have come about. Following the service, a cookie gathering will be held in Memorial Hall. This time will be used to update the congregation on our progress in completing the ministry site profile, which is an important step in our work to call a new pastor. The Cherub Choir: rehearses Tuesday night at 6:30. Senior Breakfast group: will have their Christmas Breakfast gathering at church Wednesday, held in Memorial Hall. The group will meet at 8:30 a.m.
