Jan. 15 Worship: the second Sunday in Epiphany. The service begins at 9:30, a.m. Communion will be celebrated. The Sr. Choir will sing, “Arise and Shine!” by Paradowski.

Tuesday evening: the Cherub Choir will rehearse at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday: Sr. Breakfast Group will meet Wednesday morning at Saville’s Diner, beginning at 8 a.m. Wednesday evening: Handbell Choir will rehearse at 6:30, p.m. on Wednesday evening, and Sr. Choir at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday: Worship and Music Committee will meet Thursday night at 7 p.m. The Community Clothing Rack: will be open for drop-off from 1-4 p.m. on Wednesday. Please remember to come to the lower level of the building, and enter through the door on the far right of the building.

Handbell Choir: will rehearse at 6:30, p.m. on Wednesday evening, and Sr. Choir at 7:30, p.m. Congregati­on Council: will meet at 6:45, p.m. on Thursday night.

Worship: St. Luke’s Praise Service will be held in the Fellowship Hall on January 15 led by the praise band, Messenger. The Rev. Paul Chapman will conduct the 8 a.m. Holy Communion and the 10:15 a.m. Praise Service at Saint Luke’s Lutheran Church, Route 73 and Neiffer Road, Obelisk. Members participat­ing in the 8 a.m. Holy Communion Service: David Semmens, Head Usher; Joyce Brothers, Spencer Brothers, Greeters; and Judy Hunsberger, Assisting Minister. dette Girl Scouts will meet Thursday, at 6:30 p.m. in the social hall. God on Tap at the Bally Hotel will be held also on that Thursday evening beginning at p.m.

Jan. 20: At 1 p.m. on Friday, the Good Grief support group will gather in the parlor. Contact the church office during those hours for assistance or if a pastoral emergency and the pastor on call will be contact or number will be recorded on the answering machine.

Jan. 21: at 6:30 p.m., the F.U.N. committee is hosting Trivia Night in the social hall.
