April 2Worship: Fifth Sunday in Lent. The adult Bible Study class begins at 8:30a.m. Worship service begins at 9:30, a.m. Communion will be celebrated. The Our Senior Choir will be singing “Glory in the Cross,” by Janco. Following the service, the Reformatio­n 500Bible Study will be held from 11a.m. to noon. The Bible Study, “Reformatio­n 500Study,” will be led by Pastor Donald Nice and Pastor Christian McMullan. Sunday’s study topic is “Luther, the Scholar.”

Tuesday evening: the Cherub Choir will rehearse at 6:30p.m. and the Property Committee will meet at 6:30p.m. Wednesday: The Community Clothing Rack at St. Luke Church is expanding in its hours provided for people to look for needed clothing. We will now be open the second Thursday evening of each month, from 6-8 p.m., as well as the second, third, and fourth Wednesday afternoons of each month for distributi­on of clothes from 1-4p.m. Also, the first Wednesday afternoon of each month will continue to be a drop off day for clothing. Wednesday: Wednesday night will be our fifth midweek Lenten service. The soup supper will be held in Memorial Hall from 6-7p.m. Handbell Choir will rehearse at 6:30, p.m. on Wednesday evenings, and Sr. Choir will rehearse following the midweek Lenten services.
