Please return the filled boxes by Sunday, November 12th. Boy Scout Troop 511 will sponsor Hoagie Sales October thru May. The sales will be the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Orders will have to be placed on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. The price is $4.00 each. There is ham, turkey, Italian or cheese—lettuce, onion, tomato, sides hot peppers or sweet peppers, Italian or mayo packets. If you are interested to order as a new person, please see Kitty Isett . CRAFT SHOW – Please support the craft show on Saturday, October 21st, if you are a crafter or know someone who is, also by donating used books, helping out on the day of the show for an hour or two, or by shopping! On Sunday, we’ll observe the 17th Sunday of Pentecost. The Adult Bible Study Class meets at 8:30 a.m. Please join us at 9:30 a.m. for the worship service. Holy Communion will be celebrated. The Senior Choir will sing, “High in the Heavens, Eternal God,” arranged by Smith. Following the service, A Reformation: 500Years Celebration study group will meet. Sunday’s topic will be “Toward Reformation 1000 – Evangelical.” Many thanks to Pastor Donald Nice, Pastor Luther Johnson, and Pastor Mary Ann Siefke for leading this group. The church office is closed on Monday in observance of Columbus Day. The blood drive will be held Tuesday. Keystone Miller Bloodmobile will be at St. Luke, in the upper parking lot. The Cherub Choir will rehearse Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. The Community Clothing Rack will be open for distribution on Wednesday from 1:00-4:00 p.m. (Please note: The Clothing Rack will also be open for distribution on Thursday night, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.!) Come out and volunteer your time with this beneficial community ministry!
