The local Toastmasters club, Koinonia Speakers, is a fun and friendly group that strives to contribute to each member’s development as speakers and leaders through fellowship, sharing, joint participation and compassionate encouragement. Speaking experiences of club members range from beginners and novices all the way to Distinguished Toastmasters; this diversity helps everyone to contribute and improve.
The Gilbertsville-area club is holding an Open House at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, at New Hanover United Methodist Church, 2211 Swamp Pike in Gilbertsville.
