Military Heritage Day will be held at Trinity Church of Boyertown, May 19, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. rain or shine. Hear local veterans share about their service in war and in peace. See reenactment groups, displays of uniforms, supplies, weapons and militaria, military vehicles, and more. Speakers (beginning at 10 a.m.) include Cliff Cleaver — Army Vietnam veteran, Dan Mack — Major, USMC, Retired; Marine One pilot, Mike Montanye — Army medic, Brian Miller — Navy submariner. Representatives from area assistance organizations will be present to meet with veterans and discuss programs and services available to them.
